About this opportunity: 

  • Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort, 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535
  • Compensation: Starting at $20.00 hour, depending on experience
  • Position type: Seasonal, Full-Time

What We Are Looking For in a Mechanic:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a mechanic, with expertise in diesel and gas engine repairs.
  • Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Experience with light trailer repairs and heavy equipment maintenance.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Physical ability to perform repairs, including lifting, bending, and working in various outdoor conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

What You Will Do as a Mechanic:

  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Check and maintain fluid levels, change tires, and conduct regular inspections on all resort vehicles and equipment.
  • Diesel and Gas Engine Repairs: Utilize your knowledge of both diesel and gas engines to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Handle basic welding and fabrication tasks as needed to maintain and modify equipment.
  • Light Trailer Repairs: Perform minor repairs on trailers to ensure they are safe and operational.
  • Heavy Equipment Repairs: Diagnose and repair heavy equipment used throughout the resort.
  • Driving Duties: Operate resort vehicles as needed to support maintenance and operational tasks.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards, resort policies, and best practices in all maintenance activities.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
