About this opportunity: 

  • Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort, 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535
  • Compensation:  $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly 
  • Position type: Full-time & Part Time availability
    • This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends. 

What we are looking for in a Reservations Associate:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency required for managing reservations, responding to emails, and handling store inventory systems.
  • Knowledge of or interest in RV camping, travel, or outdoor recreation is a bonus.
  • Physical Requirements: This is primarily a desk-based role. Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer and phone regularly, and occasionally lift light items (up to 10 lbs), such as office supplies or marketing materials.

What you will do as a  Reservations Associate with Dream Outdoors:

  • Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Assist guests in selecting ideal RV sites, amenities, and activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Utilize reservation management systems efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate recording of guest information and preferences.
  • Work closely with other resort departments to facilitate seamless guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special packages and offers.
  • Communicate reservation details and relevant information to guests.
  • Send confirmations, pre-arrival information, and post-stay surveys.
