About this opportunity:
- Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort, 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535
- Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 Hourly
- Position type: Full-time & Part Time availability
- This job requires a flexible schedule with varied work hours that may include weekends.
What we are looking for in a Reservations Associate:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency required for managing reservations, responding to emails, and handling store inventory systems.
- Knowledge of or interest in RV camping, travel, or outdoor recreation is a bonus.
- Physical Requirements: This is primarily a desk-based role. Candidates must be able to sit for extended periods, use a computer and phone regularly, and occasionally lift light items (up to 10 lbs), such as office supplies or marketing materials.
What you will do as a Reservations Associate with Dream Outdoors:
- Coordinate and manage reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Assist guests in selecting ideal RV sites, amenities, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Utilize reservation management systems efficiently.
- Ensure accurate recording of guest information and preferences.
- Work closely with other resort departments to facilitate seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special packages and offers.
- Communicate reservation details and relevant information to guests.
- Send confirmations, pre-arrival information, and post-stay surveys.
