About this opportunity: 

  • Location: 1246 Blue Springs Road, Bourbon MO 65441 
  • Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience
  • Position type: Seasonal, Full-Time

What you will do as a Driver:

  • Safely operate the resort shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations within the resort and nearby attractions.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Follow a designated schedule and route, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
  • Communicate effectively with resort staff to coordinate shuttle services for events, activities, and special occasions.
  • Uphold a high standard of safety, following traffic laws and resort policies at all times.
  • Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.

What we are looking for in a Driver:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Class B License with a passenger endorsement
  • Previous experience as a shuttle or bus driver preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the local area and attractions.
  • Ability to adhere to a schedule and maintain punctuality.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests.
  • Physical ability to assist with luggage and navigate in and out of the shuttle.
