About this opportunity:
- Location: Dream Ozarks Outdoor Resort, 200 Ozark Outdoor Lane, Leasburg, MO 65535
- Compensation: Starting at $20.00hour, depending on experience
- Position type: Seasonal, Full-Time
What you will do as a Driver:
- Safely operate the resort shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations within the resort and nearby attractions.
- Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting with boarding and disembarking from the shuttle.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained shuttle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.
- Follow a designated schedule and route, ensuring timely and efficient transportation services.
- Communicate effectively with resort staff to coordinate shuttle services for events, activities, and special occasions.
- Uphold a high standard of safety, following traffic laws and resort policies at all times.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings as needed.
What we are looking for in a Driver:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Class B License with a passenger endorsement
- Previous experience as a shuttle or bus driver preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions.
- Ability to adhere to a schedule and maintain punctuality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and navigate in and out of the shuttle.
